Why is my stream buffering or stuttering?
Buffering usually happens if your local internet connection is struggling, or if the server is working hard to transcode a heavy 4K file for your device. Try lowering the playback quality to 1080p in your player settings.
Why do the colors look washed out or tinted?
This often happens with 4K HDR or Dolby Vision files when your display doesn't support them. I try to ensure Dolby Vision files are properly tonemapped to SDR, but occasionally your player might struggle. Try using the official Jellyfin Media Player app on your PC or Mac instead of a web browser.
Can I download content to watch offline?
Yes. If you are using the mobile Jellyfin app, you can use the download feature on a movie or episode to save it locally for offline viewing.
The server is unreachable. What's wrong?
The server might be undergoing routine maintenance, or the network routing might be temporarily resetting. Give it a few minutes, and if it's still down, drop me a message so I can check the tunnel connection.
How do I request new movies or shows?
Just send me a message with what you want to watch. I'll grab the highest quality encode available and let you know when it's added to the library.
